Programme Manager - Workday - HCM - 12 months - Outside IR35
£900-975 per day. Asset Management and Financial Services.
Our client is a rapidly expanding private equity-owned Asset Management Specialist based in Central London.
The business provides bespoke third party loan servicing solutions for a number of asset classes across the UK, and has extensive experience of the UK mortgage market.
Following a period of business growth and success, they are now looking for a Programme Manager to join the business on a 6-12 month contact to lead a large scale implementation of Workday and related business process to transform their HR / HCM systems, along with the wider HR function.
The Programme Manager will implement Workday as part of a enterprise-wide business change and transformation process as the business prepares for the next stage of growth. The incoming Programme Manager will lead change across technology, process and people, managing both business and technology work streams to deliver Workday.
Ideally we require a Programme Manager with experience of large scale system and process change, with an advantage if having previously delivered HR transformation or Workday implementation programmes.
The Programme Manager will also need to possess demonstrable experience of managing multiple programme work streams and multiple projects across multiple locations. Experience in Agile delivery of programmes would be an advantage.
